GMB Digital Solutions Ltd or its representatives do no warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose. Therefore, it is imperative that you check the product specification before ordering. Goods purchased in error will be subject to a re-stocking fee.
Goods are not sold on a trial basis. We welcome your calls to discuss any of the products or services that we provide so that we can give you the benefit of our experience and advice. Published prices, specifications and services are subject to change without notice, and do not include carriage or VAT (where applicable) unless explicitly stated. If you are paying by credit card, your card will not be billed until we ship the goods. If you are paying by cheque or some other means, goods will not be despatched until funds have been deposited into our account and cleared (we normally allow 5 working days for this). All goods remain the property of GMB Digital Solutions Ltd until full payment has been received.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse any products/services ordered. All products are subject to availability.
To comply with certain manufacturers’ agreements and government regulations, GMB Digital Solutions Ltd reserves the right to refuse to export certain products from the United Kingdom to some countries.
Claims for damage, non-functionality and shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods, otherwise standard warranty procedures apply. GMB Digital Solutions Ltd is not responsible for a safe delivery of a returned item.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. GMB Digital Solutions Ltd acknowledges all manufacturers trade marks and service marks used throughout this website.
